Experienced Advocate
Spooner Guardianship Services, LLC offers Guardianship, Conservatorship and Personal Representative services to adults who have been determined incapacitated and unable to make and/or communicate decisions regarding medical or financial needs. Sara receives clients from all Probate and Family courts in the Commonwealth and works with Petitioning Attorneys and Wards counsel to assess client abilities and advocate for limited guardianship where appropriate.

Clients served by the agency are individuals who are at risk for exploitation or who have complex medical or behavioral needs and require specialized settings. Sara works closely with hospital and skilled nursing settings to transition clients to lesser setting placements when available and maximize longevity of financial resources by securing available subsides or leveraging community programming to promote client independence.
